Doctors usually are soft spoken but she is not at all. instead I perceive the most arrogant doctor i have seen ever with full of ego.

* noticed that over a call , don't prefer to reply at odd hours.
* over a call, language of a doctor was never acceptable.

I have met couple of more doctors also who are the biggest names in the city, and true sense Doctors who follow every word of the pledge they took when they become doctor.

Unfortunately, Dr Hiral is not of those doctors.
