I called today apollo to collect blood sample to home my grandmaa and my self to n i found the boy was collecting blood sample was totally illiterate n was not having any knowledge of sampling.his hand was sheking,and he take my grandma blood then he come to my side and he try twice placed needile in my hand and he did not get any drop of blood.I let u know I don't have any problem related blood.I go to other pathology every 3 month for my thyroid checkups.

Hi!
My self is a pharmacist and working in UAE. I visited for my mother checkups n found the boy was collecting blood sample was totally illiterate n was not having any knowledge of sampling.
It was sad to know not only there but most of staff behaviour was not good with the customers. I understand such kind of place like Apollo having this problem may be only because of miss management and not getting a proper guidance.
Under this circumstance I will not recommend further any one without any supervision. But I know this is only lack of proper supervision, can improve better n become an ideal one.
