I took appointment in the morning and when arrived at the clinic at 8:30 PM, receptionist said that visiting hours were changed and doctor is not available. I came with my 5 month old baby who was suffering from cold and cough.. and when asked why wasn’t this communicated, his reply was I didn’t have number and was not giving any details of doctor whereabouts or next visiting hours
