Worst treatment at the reception counter.. Don't know how to talk with the patient.. They treat as if they are the owner of the hospital.. Lift is for patients in every hospital but in dispur hospital they very rudely ask the patient not to use lift..and to use staircase up-to 2nd floor.. Very disappointed
