Hard work is not the only key to sure shot success in exams. It also requires a proportionate balance between the physical & mental strength. After all a healthy mind resides in a healthy body.
Proper nutrition is a must during the exam period. Students often give it a low priority, but it is not good. For complete mental health, the body should get wholesome nutrition.
To do’s:

Take meals at regular intervals. Balances the nutrient & energy levels of the body.

Breakfast- For a head start…. Breakfast is to get some protein, calcium, fiber, & a piece of fruit or vegetable. Cereals with a bowl of milk can also serve the purpose.

Include powerful vegetables. All the dark color vegetables contain good concentration of nutrients. E.g. spinach.

Stay well Hydrated. Water, fruit juice, milk, green tea should be regularly taken. Intake of caffeine & sugar should be avoided.

Meeting the body’s daily minerals & vitamins requirement is must.
