Tracking the Fertility
Ovulation prediction kits can be used to predict the day the woman ovulates. Ovulation is defined as the process of release of egg inside the woman’s womb. If the egg is successfully fertilized by her partner’s sperm, a foetus will soon develop, or in simple words, the lady will become pregnant. The woman ovulates one day after the ovulation test comes out positive. The couple planning for a baby must have sex during the ovulation time.
Right Sex Position
When trying to conceive, there is a lot of confusion about the position that are most likely to make the woman pregnant. There is no hard and fast rule about this, but some woman have tilted uterus, which makes them harder to conceive. Due to this, some positions are recommended. They are:
Missionary: This is the most common position all around the world, where the husband or the partner is on top of the female. In this position, deep penetration of the penis inside the vagina is possible, making the chances of conceiving considerably higher.
Rear position: This position is found to benefit the woman having a tilted uterus. Here the woman is on her hands and knees, and partner is behind the female. The woman can also be on her stomach with her hips arched upwards, which allows better contact between cervix and penis. This position is not accepted by many couples around the world, however is considered different and has high rate of making the woman pregnant.
Spooning: In this position, husband and wife cup each other like spoons. Both the partners face the same direction and husband penetrates his partner from behind.
Woman on top: This position is not recommended for having a baby, as sperms will act against gravity. In this position, the woman is on top of her partner.
Is it okay to urinate after making love?
Some women feel the urgent need to urinate after sex is over. However, when you are trying to get pregnant, you may feel hesitant about the same, thinking that the sperm might be expelled along with urine. This is just a misconception. Urethra and vagina are completely different; hence there is no chance of losing sperm by peeing.
