But their sleeping time is irregular you have to match your nap time and daily activities with your baby’s sleeping hours. You have to be there for your baby when he is hungry or is awake.
The next important thing for a newborn infant is proper soothing. The change is environment of the baby from the womb to the outside world is a big change for the baby. You need to sway, sooth, sing, hold and do every possible thing for your baby to calm him or her down. You also have to feed your newborn baby after every 1 to 2 hours, so be prepared for midnight feedings.
