Baby’s milk is the only food that the babies can take right after birth. Though mother’s milk is recommended for feeding babies for almost six months but some mother’s cannot produce sufficient milk for feeding in that case formula milk is suggested by the doctors. Before choosing the baby’s milk certain things should be taken in note so that the milk is as useful as that of mother. The baby’s milk has to contain important nutrients and vitamins needed by the baby for its growth such as vitamin A, B, D, E, K, thiamin and riboflavin. Potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium etc are some major nutrients needed by the baby at the same time certain importance should also be given to the minor nutrients.
Special references should also be given to the amount of proteins, carbohydrates, nucleotide, fat, emulsifiers and stabilizers and dilutents. The baby milk should not contain any allergic substance hence ingredients should be checked wisely before giving it to the child. Certain companies also add up some probiotics, lysozyme and lactoferrin for the better digestion and protecting the body from any bacterial damages. Therefore certain things should be taken in mind before choosing baby’s milk
