Just superb knowledge, very experienced, compassionate, down to earth: you won't feel like you are speaking to such a big and successful person, very down to earth and makes you comfortable, generally we experience that doctors of his starture are arrogant and poorly behaved.
But his sober nature plays half medicine eventually on the minds of the parents of ailing kids and gives them sense of confidence in tense moments.
