Aaloo i.e. potatoes and cheese make a good combination when it comes to the preparation of spicy parathas that are loved by all the young and old people of our country. Even small kids who run away from food love this food item very much and are usually seen that are fond of it.
Here is an easy recipe of Aaloo and cheese paratha:
Ingredients

Wheat dough (for making chapatis)

½ cup of potatoes (boiled and mashed)

¼ cup of cheese that is grated

½ tsp garam masala

½ tsp coriander powder
-
½ tsp paste of garlic and ginger

Salt to taste

½ cup of oil
-
Butter
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients that are mashed potatoes, cheese, garam masala, coriander powder, garlic and ginger paste, and salt together. Mix them well.
2. Roll two chapattis using the wheat dough.
3. Place the mixed ingredients to be stuffed on top of one chapatti and place the other chapatti on top of the first one.
4. Cook these chapattis in oil.
5. Cook the chapattis on both sides in oil so that a golden brown colour is obtained by both the sides.
6. Put some butter on the chapatti and serve it hot.
Aaloo and cheese paratha is now ready. Enjoy its mouth watering taste with family, friends and even neighbours.
