Ingredients
For the dough
2 cups of whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup of oat flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of baking powder
3 tbsp of olive oil
Oregano
Basil
1 cup water
For the pizza topping
2/3 cup of tomato sauce
shredded mozzarella cheese
freshly chopped veggies ( which can include peas, beans, onions, capsicum; you can pick as per your choice)
finely chopped pineapple and apple
Method
1. Mix the oat and wheat flour in a large bowl, add salt, baking powder, basil and oregano, and knead into a dough adding a few drops of olive oil and some water.
2. Now flatten the dough on a baking sheet or non-stick pizza pan. Roll the edges of it in order to make a thick crust.
4. Spread half of the sauce and cheese. Place the veggies, pineapple and apple. Now top it with the remaining sauce and cheese.
5. Bake it for 20-25 minutes or till the crust turns golden brown.
Your nutritious and yummy pizza is all ready, serve it with a little love!
