Indians are always found to try something new and tasty when it comes to cook food and discoveries are mostly made in the field of snacks. Snacks are loved by every person be it of any age and cooking them is also very easy and interesting. Here is a recipe for spinach cheese balls which can be tried by anyone and also anywhere.
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup finely chopped spinach

1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese

1 cup of grated parmesan cheese

1 cup of sour cream
-
1 tsp of onion powder
-
1 tsp of salt
-
1 tsp of garlic powder
-
1 tsp of dried oregano leaves
-
2 cups of corn flour
-
2 tsp of olive oil
-
1 cup of cheese
-
Pure oil of vegetables for deep frying
-
1 cup of bread crumbs
-
1 cup (25.5 oz.) of pasta sauce or salsa sauce
METHOD:
1. Rinse the chopped spinach with cold water dry it then with the help of paper napkin.
2. Mix mozzarella and parmesan cheese together and add them in a big bowl with olive oil, cheese, sour cream and oregano, garlic powder and onion powder and salt. Mix these ingredients together well to make a perfect cheese mixture.
3. To this mixture add dried spinach and mix properly.
4. Now add the corn flour to this mixture and stir properly.
5. Take a vessel half filled with vegetable oil for deep frying the spinach balls and place it on a medium flame.
6. Prepare small balls of the mixture.
7. Sprinkle bread crumbs on a plate and start rolling the spinach balls over it.
8. Now deep fry these balls covered with bread crumbs 6 at a time for 5-6 minutes approximately till they grow golden brown in colour. Take
out the fried spinach cheese balls and place them on a brown paper and allow the excess oil to be soaked.
9. Serve these balls after a few minutes with salsa sauce or pasta sauce.
The tasty spinach cheese balls are ready to serve.
