No meal can be complete without some yummy desserts. Everyone loves desserts; especially the kids. If you want to treat your kids with some homemade dessert, this Children's Day, do try out the Chocolate Mousse. It's easy to make and will even be a hit among the kids. You'll sure have your child's friends coming in more often than usual once you try out this extremely delicious chocolate mousse recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup of chopped dark chocolate
1/4 cup of milk
1 tbsp of powdered sugar
1 ¾ cups of beaten whipped cream
3 tbsp of Water
1/4 tsp of Vanilla essence
2 tsp honey
For Garnishing: Grated Chocolate
Method
1)Mix the chopped dark chocolate and milk in a bowl. Cook it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and stir well so there are no lumps.
2)Now using a sieve, strain the mixture and keep it aside.
3)Mix the powdered sugar and ¾ cup of the beaten whipped cream in a bowl and fold the mixture gently.
4)To this mixture, add in the strained chocolate-milk mixture and again fold gently.
5)Add in the vanilla essence and honey. Mix gently.
6)Now pour equal amount of this mixture into 4 bowls or glasses, whichever is fine with you.
7)Keep the bowls or glasses in fridge for around 1 to 2 hours so that mousse can set.
8)Top it with ¼ cup of whipped cream, garnish with grated chocolate and serve chilled.
Useful Tip: If you want, you can even melt the chocolate and milk mixture using a double boiler.
