Nachos have gained much popularity in India since last few years and have now become one of the most liked snacks by the kids and the youth of India.
Here is an easy recipe for nachos, salsa sauce and the cheese spread:
NACHOS Ingredients:

corn chips
-
2 tsp of milk
-
¾ cup cooking cheese grated properly

1 tsp water
-
Pickled jalapenos sliced properly
Method:
1. Mix water, milk and cheese and keep them stirring until the cheese has melted properly.
2. Pour the melted cheese on top of the corn chips arranged properly on a plate.
3. On top of it spread pickle jalapenos, and grills it for a few minutes time till the cheese starts bubbling. Serve it hot.
SALSA SAUCE Ingredients:

3 small tomatoes

2 tbsp chillies dipped in vinegar

1 small finely chopped onion

½ tbsp of chilli powder

1 capsicum
-
¼ tbsp of dried oregano
-
½ tbsp of sugar
-
1 tsp of oil
-
½ tbsp of salt
Method:1. Boil the tomatoes for 10 minutes and chop them after removing their skin.
2. Blacken the skin of the capsicum by piercing it with a fork and placing it over the flame. Chop it after removing the burnt skin.
3. Fry for ½ minute the onions in the hot oil and then add remaining ingredients into it. Cook them for next 4-5 minutes properly.
CHEESE SPREAD Ingredients:Take these ingredients at room temperature.

400 gms cheese

3-4 tsp flour(maida)

2 cups of milk
-
1 tsp white pepper
-
2-4 tsp of butter
-
1-2 cloves of garlic
-
salt to taste
Method:
1. Melt butter, stir in seasonings and the flour(maida)
2. Add milk and stir it over low heat until it become smooth and thicken.
3. Gradually add greated cheese and cook until well blended.
