Paneer cheese parantha is one of the best dishes available in India. The paneer cheese paranthas are a rich source of protein and are quite popular in India.
Ingredients :

3-4 cups wheat flour

Grated paneer-100 grams

Grated cheese-100 grams

Ajwain-1/2 teaspoon

1 chopped onion
-
1 or 2 crushed green chillies

Ginger-1 small piece
-
Chopped coriander leaves
-
Red chilli powder, salt as well as garam masala for taste

Oil
Method : 1. Mix together all the ingredients that are paneer, cheese, ajwain, onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, and garam masala properly.
2. Make 2 chappatis from the dough prepared out of the wheat flour.
3. Add the stuffings to 1 chappati and put the other chappati on top of it.
4. Cook the chappatis in oil.
5. Spread the butter on the paranthas.
6. Turn the paranthas once or twice.
7. Cook them in the oil until the paranthas attain a golden brown colour The paranthas are now ready. Serve hot paneer cheese
paranthas with your favourite pickle or chutney and curd.
