½ tablespoon of chat masala
-
½ tablespoon of kasuri methi (fenugreek leaves- dried)
-
½ tablespoon of garam masala
-
2-3 drops of food colour (red) (optional)

Salt-to taste
METHOD
1. Combine well all the above mentioned vegetables that are tomatoes, paneer, capsicum and onions.
2. To these vegetables add the marinade properly and start tossing them in such a way that all the ingredients are mixed properly.
3. Keep the tikkas mixed with marinade aside for some time (say 20 minutes).
4. You can now cook the tikkas on the bar-be-que by arranging them on the skwers for a few moments. In case you don’t have a bar-be-que option available with you then you can even use a griddle or an oven to cook them.
5. When you find that the tikkas are turning reddish brown then you can remove them from the flame. They are now ready to be served.
Serve the paneer tikkas hot with tomato ketchup or any other chutney that is liked by you.
