Noodles, is a Chinese dish of which every Indian is fond of. They take a very little time in getting cooked and cooking them is just like a child’s play. The taste of the noodles is very appealing and anyone can learn to cook it. Here is an easy recipe for vegetable paneer noodles.
Ingredients

1 packet of noodles

1 tablespoon of garlic powder

1 tablespoon of paprika

1 tablespoon of soya sauce
-
Salt to taste

1 tablespoon of sugar

Small cubes of paneer (just a small amount)

Small quantity of vegetables according to your choice
Method:
1. Add the noodles to the boiled water (just boiled water which is still hot) and soak them along with some salt. Drain them when they become soft.
2. Now it’s time to cook all the vegetables in a pan. For this add little paneer cubes, vegetables, paprika and garlic powder in the pan along with some water and then cover the pan with a lid and cook it for next 10 minutes.
3. To the cooked vegetables add drained noodles, some salt, soya sauce, and sugar in a cooking vessel. Now cook it for few minutes (3-4 minutes) and keep stirring. When the noodles are cooked properly turn off the flame.
4. Serve the paneer vegetable noodles hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
Paneer vegetable noodles are ready to be eaten. While adding soya sauce one thing should be remembered that it is sour in taste so the amount of salt that you are using along with it in the recipe should be reduced a bit to maintain a perfect balance. The recipe takes 30-35 minutes to cook and is loved by all.
