Ingredients to make the stuffing

1 big bowl of boiled noodles

1 onion (sliced)

½ cup carrot

½ cup cabbage

½ cup capsicum (green)

1½ teaspoon garlic and ginger paste

1-2 teaspoon of chili sauce (depending on taste)

½ teaspoon vinegar

½ teaspoon garam masala

2 tablespoon coriander leaves (finely chopped)

Ingredients to make chutney

1 tablespoon dry mango powder (aam chur powder)

¼ teaspoon garam masala

½ teaspoon red chili powder

Salt to taste

Few tablespoons of water
Ingredients to make salad

2-3 medium onions (cut into thin slices)

1 tablespoon of red chili powder

Method to make the roti
1. Mix oil, salt, bread slices (crushed) in the wheat flour add sufficient water and knead the dough.
2. Now make chapattis (rotis) and keep aside.
Method to make the stuffing1. Heat oil in a pan, add onions. Fry onions for few mins, then add garlic and ginger paste to it.
2. Now add carrots, capsicum, cabbage, and peas and cook for few seconds.
3. Add chili sauce, vinegar, garam masala, salt and coriander leaves in it.
4. Mix well and remove from the flame and let it cool down.
Method to make the chutneyMix dry mango powder, red chili powder and salt in adequate water to make chutney.
Method to make saladTake sliced onions in a bowl add salt and chili powder and toss it well.
Method to make Frankie 1. Take one of the rotis which is already prepared; apply the chutney all over the roti add the salad and put the noodle stuffing in the center.
2. Now fold the rotis from both sides and shallow fry it on a pan with oil or butter. You can also add cheese to make it tastier.
3. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
