Ingredients You Need
1 cup of boiled mixed sprouts ( a combination of sprouted moong bean, basil, chickpeas, green peas, lima bean etc. )
1/2 cup of freshly grated coconut
1/2 cup of chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 cup of grated carrot
1 1/2 tsp of chopped green chillies
1 1/2 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of chaat masala
Salt
Black pepper powder to taste
Method
1. Mix all the above mentioned ingredients in a bowl, deep enough to hold the content. Stir well so that everything gets mixed well that helps in bringing out the desired flavor.
2. If you want you can garnish it with some coriander leaves or a little bit of grated coconut.
