It is often seen that a parent and a child are under equivalent pressure when the child’s exams are round the corner. This should not be the scenario with you. First and foremost, you should learn to relax and allow your child to do so. Following a few dos and don’ts makes sure that your child comes out with flying colors.
Preparation is the most critical job that needs to be completed a little ahead of time. To make it simpler for your child, make a time table and make sure that your child follows it. While preparing the timetable be sure to cover all subjects and maintain an order similar to that of the exams. It should not be continuous and shall have enough variations. Apart, from reading your child should also write down and practice the important topics. Solving the previous years’ set of questions is a good technique too.
Allow your child definite breaks at regular intervals, while studying. Provide your child with good food and healthy drinks and don’t allow them to skip meals. Never let your child stay awake till late night before the day of the exam. Be a little efficient and it is bound to go well.
