I am having bad experience, after discharging patient we need to struggle to collect documents.
My baby was admitted on 19th april 2018 they discharged him on 23rd April without giving main bill and discharge summery.

So I have visited three time to hospital to collect that document I was waiting until 10 am to 4 pm. I realized they are not responding ex-patient.
