Habit 10: Developing healthy Sleeping habits
Developing healthy sleep habit is one of the most important factors for organised life. Teenagers need sufficient sleeps for the development of memory, alertness and problem solving ability. For a teenager at least eight hours of sleep is must. As a mom or dad you must assist them to develop a good habit to go early to the bed, and they should get up early in the morning.
