Baby's growth and development
The baby's skin is getting smoother now. Its brain is now getting wrinklier in order to make space for the vital brain tissues. The baby is strong enough at this stage and can even grasp a finger!

Changes You Experience
Though there won't be any major changes for week 30 of your pregnancy, but you will certainly have something new to undergo. You will notice that you have gained a little more weight. But then it's something you will enjoy. There can be some sleep troubles that might make you more tired. You will even feel clumsier than what you normally feel, which is quite understandable.
At week 30, you not just happen to be heavier, but the weight concentration in your belly leads to a shift in your body's center of gravity. Also, given the hormonal changes, the ligaments will be more soft that would make your joints looser. This can cause your balance to be a bit off.
You might even start worrying about your labor, whether it will be natural or a c-section, will you be a good parent or not; such thoughts are likely to occupy your mind.
Diet
As you are 30 week pregnant, you for sure must be taking care of your diet as advised by your gynecologist. Ensure that you stick to a healthy diet, remembering the very fact that you need to provide nutrition to your growing baby as well. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and drink fresh fruit juices to keep up the energy level. It would be better to have smaller meals in frequent hours rather than stuffing it all together as your digestive system at this stage would be a little weak. Avoid the intake of caffeine and completely stay away from tobacco and alcohol.
