Pregnancy changes the life of a woman. The changes are physical and mental. Any sort of physical exercise is very helpful during pregnancy as it improves blood circulation, helps in carrying more oxygen to the fetus, and eases the delivery. Just consult the doctor about the types of exercises good for you.
• Walking is best till the 44th week as it increases of normal delivery.
• Yoga helps you relax and stress-free.
• Simple squats can increase chances of normal delivery.
• If you have asthma, then continue with your medication to avoid any complications like premature birth, poor fetal growth, or low birth weight.
The Don’ts during Pregnancy:

You should not lift heavy weights to avoid miscarriage in the first and early labor the last trimester. You must avoid sports too. To avoid premature birth and other complications stay away from amusement park rides or any other adventurous things. Avoid cycling in the last trimester as it can cause balance issues.
2. Foods and Drinks

You should avoid eating unpasteurized cheese as it can cause many complications during pregnancy. Avoid uncooked sea food or meat mainly Oysters, mussels, and clams, poorly cooked beef raw or half cooked eggs. It can cause greater damage to your health. Caffeine can instantly refresh you but at the same time it affects the baby’s growth too. Say no to alcohol and smoking as it can cause mental or physical abnormalities, a risk of premature birth or even a miscarriage.
Other Things
Every woman loves to pamper herself. There is nothing wrong with it.
• However, during pregnancy you must avoid gel manicure and Facials as it has hazardous chemicals in it which can create problems for you and your baby. Strictly avoid it during the first eight weeks of pregnancy when the baby’s brain, heart, and lungs are formed.
• Any medication taken must be approved by a doctor or it can cause greater damage to the baby.
• We all are used to Smartphone. Avoid it or keep safe distance by using hands-free and don’t stare at it for too long.
• Getting tattoo is good, but not during pregnancy as you may contract Hepatitis B or C from those needles.
• You should wear footwear that’s comfortable for your swollen legs instead of heels which can cause tripping.
Pregnancy is not a time to take chances. A little mistake can make you feel sorry for a lifetime. All you need to do is to relax, walk, eat healthy, rest adequately and in doubt don’t hesitate to consult the doctor.
